METHOD
V.I.B.E
VIBE is the culmination of our pioneering human behavior research. We have succeeded in splitting the dynamics of interpersonal interactions wide open, just as Cockcroft and Walton split the atom. In both cases, raw data appeared, which forever expanded our grasp of these disciplines of study.
VIBE is an integral theory: a single framework that incorporates psychology's four major paradigms (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and personality). In this sense, you can think of VIBE as providing a map that enables you to navigate through the many complexities of human experience. Like all good maps, VIBE is straightforward to use.
In the same way that the mechanics of a timepiece are perplexing to the layperson yet intuitive to a trained watchmaker, you will be able to distinguish between the various ties, connections, and bonds that comprise personal relationships.
The depth of connection we can enjoy with another person depends on our ability to identify each of the paradigms and respond in a way that embodies them all. The mistake most leaders make is that they compartmentalize and fixate on one paradigm at a time. For example, focusing on an individual’s feelings whilst missing that person’s experience in the bigger picture.
When a leader can take a step back and understand the interaction between their personality and that of their colleague, a true relationship is formed. This enables trust to build and provides a secure foundation on which relational decisions can be made.
The four components of vibe:

Virtue
The world is always changing as new ideas and thoughts come into being. Some ideas are given up on, changed, or refined, but others are achieved and affect society. Our human experience is also shaped by this process of growth and change. For instance, you are probably not the same person you were when you graduated, or even as recently as last month, because you have grown and adapted to your changing environment.
The question arises: if we are always changing, what actually stays the same about us?
The answer is... our virtues.
Virtues are the moral excellence of an individual. Self-realized virtue is a characteristic of all great leaders, who naturally follow their intuition.
For example, they may be truthful, courteous, courageous, forgiving, and compassionate. As a result, this self-awareness guides what they do: they instinctively do the right thing and don't give in to negative impulses.
Therefore, being able to clearly see your own qualities and recognize them in others will make it easier for you to understand how people act. You will be able to solve any problem you come across with meticulous care.
For example, if you know how a colleague's beliefs came to be, you can understand how they make decisions and, by extension, where their strengths are best used on your team. You can also talk to them in a way that most other professionals aren't able to.
Intellect
Each mind resembles a computer. Even if they operate similarly from a biological standpoint, not all of them interpret information or respond in the same way to the same programming language.
For instance, a conversation with an accountant is different from a conversation with a sales executive. This is because accountants and sales executives live in slightly different professional environments. How they feel about education, technology, and society will affect how they make decisions and think about how to solve problems.
Hence, whether you are listened to or just heard will depend on how well you can figure out the mental architecture and programming language of one another.
This can mean the difference between making well-informed decisions based on specialised knowledge and making mistakes by listening to well-meaning advice.

Behavior
People's words aren't always the same as what they think or feel. But their actions show what their true intentions are. Since behaviour is shown through movement, it makes sense to pay attention to what their body is saying.
However, understanding body language is not a simple task. For example, a person's behaviors are not just a reflection of what they are thinking at the moment; they are also the result of many unconscious processes that the person is probably not aware of.
As an example, when someone folds their arms, it's usually not because they just thought of it. Such a move would reflect their numerous thoughts and feelings coming together at the same time.
For this reason, a competent leader must be able to figure out why the action was taken.
When observing people, it's important to know how to figure out these differences. This is why our Avanti Coaches are trained to the highest standard in this discipline, which they are ready to share with you.
This will not only help you read everyone you deal with, regardless of their background, but you will also be able to use these subtleties in any negotiation you may face.
Emotion
Emotions are the body's own responses to thoughts and experiences. They help you figure out what's going on in your world. Consequently, your feelings and the reactions of those around you have the power to direct your life.
But not all leaders are good at putting their feelings into words, especially not with a lot of accuracy. This ability is called granularity. For example, if a coworker says, "I'm depressed", are they really depressed? Or do they think about negative things all the time?
A leader who has mastered granularity will be able to look at the first reaction and deal with the problem directly and with care. Granularity is one of the tools we teach our clients to use so they can solve conflicts, predict other people's success, and improve their ability to empathize with people in their networks.
A leader who has mastered granularity will be able to classify this kind of answer and deal with the problem in a direct and caring way. Granularity is one of the tools we teach our clients to use so they can solve conflicts, predict other people's success, and improve their ability to empathize with people in their networks.

The I-Four Model
The capacity to read everyone's thoughts quickly may seem fantastical, but for a seasoned leader, it becomes second nature rather than supernatural.
The Avanti curriculum has been designed to enable you to refine this skill, using our I-Four Model which comprises of Insight, Intuition, Instinct, and Impulse.
These processes already operate within you on an unconscious level and are used to make decisions every day. You can think of them as part of your neurological hardware and they provide a guiding source of your inspiration from the top of the prefrontal cortex all the way down to the root of all motivation.
For example, Insight is the knowledge we get from interacting with individuals around us. It is the process of comprehending something that is presented to us in a subtle manner. We can begin by simply listening to acquire insight into someone's life. Simple enough, yet it takes internal control to allow such subtle processes to emerge without the mind interfering.
This is where Avanti’s software comes into play.
Each of the components in the I-Four Model can be controlled, once you learn how. Doing so means you can effectively have the freedom to optimize the way you interact with every element in your world, including how to identify your own, previously unseen sticking points. Once you recognize the tiny signals in yourself, you can recognize them in others.
For instance, perhaps you've seen a team member volunteer for work that they are unable to do, while another deliberately seeks a challenge to generate opportunity (and succeeds). This scenario depicts the extremes of the Impulse spectrum.
When a leader understands how his staff is making decisions better than they know, years of time in failed goals and wasted work is sidestepped and a positive future is unlocked. Similarly, applying this technology to others can mean the difference between synchronizing with them or colliding against their personality.
In summary, you can think of the I-Four Model as akin to having an x-ray of their beliefs and goals; leading to a better understanding of how people make decisions.
The 7 Bodies & Game Changers
The majority of people regard their body as a single thing that is controlled by their mind. This viewpoint meets the majority of self-evaluation requirements.
Exclamations such as "I'm exhausted!", "I need to sleep more" or "My head hurts with all the work I'm doing" are phrases heard all over the world.
However, self-awareness of the intellect and the physical body can only provide a snapshot of the human experience that is limited to those two domains.
Avanti's model goes beyond this and comprises seven distinct domains that describe the human state in real-time.
These seven bodies are models we all inhabit at some point in our lives. They are as follows:
Physical
The component that we think of when we are asked to describe our physique is the physical body itself. What we perceive is a reflection of the choices we make concerning our lifestyle. Our diet, posture, dress, attention to fitness, sleep patterns, and health affect our physical experience.
Mental
Clarity of thinking equates to success or failure with all mental tasks. Competency is displayed in the self-created mental architecture, which defines the availability of your skills at any given time. Hence, navigating your thought processes can be the difference to achieving deep concentration or scattered thinking.
Emotional
The emotional body influences the ability to express oneself, reflect on oneself, and evolve. A mature emotional mind understands how to deal with stress and worry. When an Avanti leader honors their feelings at a granular level, their responses to trauma, resilience, and healing improves.
Spiritual
Within this body, meditation and awareness are awakened. Self-awareness of your spiritual existence leads to introspection and alignment to purpose. This is the arena where you write the story of your life and employ self-guidance to clarify your beliefs and walk your path better.
Primal
A studied practitioner of the primal body may emanate primal gravitas and beauty while moving beyond the constraints of superficial appearance. A student of the primal body seeks a clear understanding of mortality, the power of love, and the ability to communicate - and inspire - creative energy.
Social
The connected body is immersed with support and experience. Joy is generated by opportunities created by human interactions rather than by human relationships themselves. Likewise, the value of the network is proportional to the square of the nodes. As a result, your ability to form and sustain strong connections defines your own worth in terms of your ability to effect real change in the world.
Financial
Money is the most palpable type of energy available. Small but subtle shifts in consciousness determine your ability to not only accumulate it but use it as a measure of will. How you use it reveals what you value, whether it's the discipline to budget, the desire to travel, the compassion for generosity, or the vision to leave a legacy.
Game Changers
There are various aspects within each body that we refer to as Game Changers. The purpose of which is to provide someone with knowledge of specific things that may be done inside each region in order to live a more fulfilled existence within that body. For example, if it is determined that someone does not register strongly in the Mental body, we can supply specific characteristics that address this.
Being conscious of these extended areas allows a leader to gain a better grasp of his own experiences and those of his colleagues and family. In this way, the seven bodies widen your vocabulary when attempting to diagnose and remove self-imposed impediments in others and the Game Changers provide the tools to do this.
